Snatch Grip Deadlifts

Why do I incorporate snatch grip deadlifts in my workouts?

  1. Challenges grip strength

  2. Strengthens your ability to maintain a straight thoracic spine

  3. Improves strength coming off the floor when transitioning back to a conventional deadlift

  4. Great exercise to build muscle mass and strength to upper back and lats

  5. Train your glutes, hips, and back muscles through a greater range of motion.
