I talk with people everyday who are studying for their CSCS Exam, or have already taken the exam a few times but keeping missing the mark by a few questions. After providing an explanation for the correct answer, their reply usually starts with "I assumed.."
I assumed...? Really?
When answering a question, do not fabricate details to elaborate on the scenario presented in the question. It will hurt your odds at answering the question correctly. Work within the context of the question, and apply the knowledge gained from studying for this exam to put the pieces of the puzzle together.
