Answering your personalized questions
Where do tutoring sessions occur?
Anywhere you like! Tutoring is done 100% remotely, via Google Meet.
What do we discuss in tutoring sessions?
Depends! Tutoring sessions are individualized to your needs. We only spend time on the topics you want to improve on.
How many tutoring sessions do I have to sign-up for?
To work with us, you must sign-up for Tutoring Sessions. Please send us an email if you are interested in additional tutoring sessions.
Who has their questions answered first?
The student who submits their questions the earliest will go first. One question will be answered for each student, before moving onto the second question.
Why am I only allowed to send 3 questions before a tutoring session?
This grants each student the opportunity to have their questions answered by the tutor.
Each tutoring session is 60 minutes in duration.
In the event a student is a "no-show", that tutoring session is lost and will not be rescheduled, unless the absence is due to a true emergency (car accident, visiting the E.R., etc).
If the student does not enter Zoom within the first 10 minutes of the tutoring session, the student will be considered a "no-show" and the tutoring session will be cancelled and not rescheduled.
In the event a student needs to reschedule a tutoring session, 12 hours notice must be given.
In the event a tutor needs to change the scheduled meeting date and time, the tutoring session will be rescheduled.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
